All our products are new and are guaranteed from 90 to 180 days (the guarantee period is indicated on the product leaflet).
If, within that guarantee period, the product proves to be defective under conditions of normal use, Ubisoft undertakes to replace it.
For a defective product to be replaced, you must first contact our technical department: - either by connecting to “my account” in the Ubisoft online store, - or by calling a Ubisoft adviser on: 0906 643 0200*.
